SHIPPING

Our products are handmade for you, we consider two weeks from the order for the realization of the product, then all purchases will be delivered by the express courier service selected by the Seller. The cost of the shipment is borne by the Seller

You will receive an email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse and you will be provided with a tracking code to track your parcel.

The products will be sent to the address provided during the purchase procedure. For security reasons the Seller does not ship any orders to post boxes nor accept any order where it is impossible to verify the identity of the holder of the order and the address of the natural person.

RETURS

The Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract concluded with the Seller, without any penalty and without specifying the reason within fourteen (14) working days from the day of receipt of the products purchased on cristianmarcucci.it.

Upon receipt of the request, an e-mail containing the return number will be sent to the customer. All delivery costs for the return of the products are charged to the Customer.

All risks related to the shipment of the return are borne by the customer. To be replaced or refunded, returned products must not have been used, worn, damaged, they must have the tag and their original packaging.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method (credit card or Paypal) and in the same currency used for the purchase. Refund time may vary depending on the payment circuit used for the purchase. Any potential variations between the amount paid and the amount reimbursed due to exchange rate fluctuations will not be reimbursed.

Our products are made with delicate leathers and fabrics, therefore their surfaces are subject to variations and scratches, which are not considered imperfections.

Any manufacturing defect will be considered on a single basis only with a valid proof of purchase. If the manufacturing defect is confirmed, it will take an average of 5 to 7 days to repair the product and send it back to the customer.
